Il Recovery Plan o, meglio, il \u2018\u2018Next Generation EU\u2019\u2019 detter\u00e0 l\u2019agenda della classe dirigente, fissando obiettivi di recupero ambiziosi ma possibili, per uscire dalla crisi Covid-19. Per stare al passo, l\u2019Italia ha bisogno di riforme di sistema, in grado di garantire, con un ambiente pi\u00f9 favorevole alle imprese e forti investimenti nell\u2019istruzione, nella ricerca e nell\u2019innovazione, un valido recupero di produttivit\u00e0 e di possibilit\u00e0 occupazionali. Altresi, nel quadro di una visione sostenibile, l\u2019attenzione alla crescita e alla resilienza, che fanno da sottofondo al dibattito in essere, deve trovare nell\u2019evoluzione del mercato finanziario, europeo e italiano, una ulteriore forza propulsiva per sfruttare le prospettive aperte dalla Capital Markets Union.<\/p>\n
